List based on: 
The Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act (FALCPA) by FDA. 
EU law (i.e. Annex IIIa of Directive 2000/13/EC (20), as amended) which applies until 13 December 2014 and Regulation No 1169/2011 (21), which applies after that date. These allergenic ingredients (including those carried over in processing aids, additives and solvents)
You can use this icon set for label, menu, pack and signage to inform your customers when allergens are present in foods.
