Watercolor Photoshop Effect

Not a heavy outlined version of it but the nicely-done and realistic liquid texture of the outlines made with the light spots of paint. Change the saturation and transparency a bit to see how the composition switches its focus on details. Working with the effect is easy: double-click the Smart Layer's thumbnail, drag and drop your shot into the opened tab, adjust and save it then watch the result in the main tab.
